Athletics Precinct

Mitre 10 Park’s William Nelson Athletics Precinct features a top-tier athletics facility designed for track and field events. The venue includes a 2,500-seat grandstand for spectators, providing excellent views of the action.

The infield is also available for a range of other events, including rugby games, competition finals, and fundraisers.

Outdoor Aquatic Facilty

Our outdoor aquatic facility and the Y Adventure Hub at Mitre10 Park provide unique spaces designed for water sports, training, and adventure-based activities. The outdoor aquatic area is purpose-built to support activities such as canoe polo, rafting instruction, and triathlon events, offering a dynamic environment for both training and competition.

Green Spaces & Sports Fields

Our expansive green spaces throughout the park offer versatile settings for a wide variety of events, including designated areas for sports. The largest of these is our dedicated sports field zone - equivalent in size to seven full-sized fields - and it includes convenient changing room facilities. In addition, we have several other green areas across the park suitable for events of varying sizes.
